Meals are well portioned and incredibly good

I just started ordering from Health and Well-Beeing and it’s great!! It makes it so easy to have already prepared meals with flavor! I’m a very picky eater so I tend to skip around on the items I want to order but I like how there’s multiple options to choose from. You’re able to choose however many of a specific item as well. Delivery and communication throughout the process was perfect too. I didn’t have to worry whether it got to the right place or if it was delivered because they gave live updates and a pic to make sure you know where exactly they placed it. Highly recommend this for those who would like a yummy homemade meal with high protein content but have a busy schedule to meal prep.

These meal preps are incredible ! Even after 5+ days the food is still fresh and so flavorful. Never overcooked or bland. 5 stars!

This so far has been the best meal prep service I’ve ordered from. B is beyond helpful, sweet, and professional. She has new meals every week which help with not having to eat or order the same meals, and she’s very accommodating with the delivery option and helping you out. Overall I’m more than happy and satisfied with her services.
