I've ordered from Health and Well Beeing for months now and I am truly grateful for her services and amazingness of the food. All her meals are fresh and DELICIOUS!!! I love how it keeps me and my husband on track, the macros are set for you so it's easy to log into My Fitness Pal.
I look forward to every week having my meals delivered to my home and as a mother of two, I can't tell you how many times having these meals available to feed my kids have saved the day!!
