I’m normally really picky about food especially if someone else is cooking it and didn’t really want to spend $ in case it didn’t taste great. So I started with a 5 pack to sample a few meals because I want to take them to work for lunches instead of doordashing . Every meal I received was delicious and full of flavor. I even let my husband try it and he said can you order me some too so I doubled my order to a 10 pack! I look forward to trying more meals.

The meals are so yummy, fulfilling, and convenient for my family as we just welcomed a new baby recently. Not having to worry about cooking has made the transition into parenthood much easier as it’s one less thing to do. I appreciate the variety of meals offered during the week so I don’t get bored with what I’m having. I am excited for the breakfast menu too!
I was referred to Health & Wellbeing by a friend who let me taste her meal prep and I was blown away that the flavors were so good for the food to be as low calorie and healthy! I initially started buying these to have when I didn't want to cook, then moved to not cooking and just buying these! Their freaking delicious!
